Dr. Brown is always in a hurry and while most of my questions were answered, I dont feel appreciated as a patient. The staff is not that friendly, they charge for everything (prescriptions, cancelled appts. etc) and will not go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Regardless of your appointment time, expect to wait at least 30 minutes before you go back to see the doctor. Than expect to wait at least another 15-20 minutes before the doctor comes in to see you. My impressions is that they are only concerned about billing your insurance and collecting fees. I do feel like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort which is sad. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for another cardiology group.
