Dr Pillsbury is the BEST in the Triangle for Ear / Nose / Throat care! Exceptionally knowledgeable and diligent when it comes to patient care. His care / experience / expertise is well documented and he is very well respected in the medical community, locally and nationally. I have the good fortune to have been under his care for 10+ years. I've paid out of pocket for his care when insurance didn't cover my visit / treatment...he's THAT good!
