LOVED Dr. Gazak!! In 1994 he saved my Newborn Jordi & was her Care Provider til she was 4YRS old after Reconstructive Surgery FIXing her Reflux of Kidney/Bladder. Then in 2002 as he was performing a Check up on Jordi advised my Newborn Tara needed to be checked for SAME condition as it’s ‘Genetic’ ! We Scheduled an Appt for my Newborn Tara but before her appointment she Passed out w/ High Life Threatening Fever as Reflux caused Poisons to leak into her Body! She was hospitalized until stable enough to see Dr.Gazak. He found the SAME “Genetic” Reflux~he gave us Pamphlets & CD to educate Us on “NEW” procedure of Inserting a ‘Stint’ Dr Gazak had performed 16 in other Countries but Tara would be 1ST infant in USA. We agreed immediately BECAUSE OF care he’d given my Oldest Jordi & had Complete Trust in him. . Dr Gazak performed the Procedure inserting a Stint.🙏🏼 He noticed immediately she then had a New perforation elsewhere & therefore had to put in “2” stints. Tara came out Great & even made Medical Journal for 1ST Infant to receive “2” in the US. For Past Several YEARS I’ve had SAME difficulties Now Realizing I passed Genetic Defect to my Daughter(S)! I’m Now 50 & tried contacting/finding Dr . Many Times being told he Retired😥. I Need to have TOP Urology Care like My Daughters’ received- I’ve been to 3 Urologist & Many ER Visits! NONE have been able to Understand/ Nor Fix SAME Problems as my Daughter. IF anyone Knows of WHO Dr. Gazak Trained to carry on his Practice I’d greatly appreciate someone Contacting Me.🙏🏼 I’ve Never had a Dr give such Accurate Results w/ Care & Empathy for Patients that are suffering. Thank You in advance for Any Dr Referral to Urologist Dr Gazak May have left Practice/Knowledge to. Sincerely

I was very impressed by how clean their office was. Everything was neat and orderly, and it was obvious that they cared about making sure everything was sterile for their patients. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was very impressed with the equipment they were using. It was very high-tech and sophisticated. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
