I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
