They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. I was kind of disappointed at how much they knew about child safety and nutrition. They only gave me the most basic information. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They are terrible about billing too, charging for things that shouldn't be charged for. They never gave you a professional opinion about anything, they always wavered on every question never answering it directly. Very disappointed in the service especially now that we are seeing at a good practice, high caution anyone looking at this horrible practice.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. My child absolutely loves Dr. Herriott. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
