They appear to have a knowledgeable staff of physicians, but they have the habit of giving a diagnosis without running tests so that you have to make multiple visits before you get the correct diagnosis. It seems the physician staff changes often or they can not keep the better physicians more than two or three years. What is worse though is a very poor accounting system which is always messing up patient accounts and incorrectly filing claims with insurance. I finally had enough and left this office because they owed me hundreds of dollars and I am still fighting to get refunded. They file claims incorrectly, then the insurance does not pay and rather then refile the claim correctly they send a bill for the full amount. When I inquired about a bill that did not get paid by insurance over a year ago, they told me it was paid, I inquired about this bill two more times and got the same reply. Then 6 months ago I get a bill. They threaten me with creditors, so I paid (big mistake!). I wrote the clinic a letter explaining that they needed to file the claim correctly and they now owed me a refund. Three months later (1 yr 3 months after the service date) the clinic finally refiled the claim correctly, but I am still waiting for my refund.
They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
