They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
