There was lots of available parking at their office. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They keep weird hours and don't always call you back. I am never put on hold for a long time when you reach them.. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything. They are very money hungry. I was forced to come in for an office visit just to change a date for a procedure, when all they did was make a phone call. The dr came in to make his appearance in order to get the ins to pay, but didn't want to answer any questions, just rushed me out the door. The staff is very anti-Obamacare and aren't even very informed on the subject. They seem like they just want to scare you, but when pressed, they didn't have a clue. The dr is very patronizing and doesn't want to consider anything that you have to say. Since my experience, I've heard the same story from other health care professionals. Would never recommend him.
