Dr Masood & his staff saved my life.I was in a car accident witch could've left me paralyze.Dr Masood & Camila &the rest of this wonderful staff worked quickly & diligently to get me to the one of the best hospitals for surgery (UNC Hospitals). I've been going too Dr Masood for awhile now. I haven't had one bad experience .If u don't have a primary care physician, I recommend going to Dr S .A Masood.*****

This the the absolute WORST doctor I have EVER been to!!! Don't waste your time or money. After waiting 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room I was finally taken back to the physicians room to have information input into their system. While measuring my weight and height, I was told that I am 5'7". I had been measured 5'9" by my gyno the previous month!!! Then I waited another 45 minutes before the doctor skipped me and went to the next patient that had been waiting for an hour less than I. I went to the front desk to reschedule or get a refund. Both options were refused and I was told Dr. Masood would be right in to see me. The doctor finally came in to talk to me 3 hours and 25 minutes after I had checked in for my appointment, and offered his assistance in a month when he returned from vacation. He also took a personal cell phone call from his daughter, Hana while I was in the room. I repetedly had to remind him of why I even came to his office. Unprofessional!!
