Dr. St Bernard is my personal doctor, and has been for more than 8 years. He is knowledgeable, gentle and listens to his patients. When I have asked questions or sought other opinions, he has advised with his professional opinion, and in my experience his advice in the end has been correct. For years he has served in a volunteer capacity with a number of local health agencies in the county. He is well-respected in the healthcare community.
