Had my first appointment with Dr. Tom today to treat a chronic ear infection that refused to go away. My only regret is not seeing him sooner. The office is friendly and seems well-equipped for procedures and quick tests. Doc listened carefully to my symptoms and history, conducted his exam, and then clearly explained what was happening and how we were going to treat it. I don't hesitate to recommend him.
