They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Christine Jelalian, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. Something I really hated about this office was their waiting room chairs. You would think a cosmetic surgeon could afford more comfortable chairs but they were so cheap and horrible! They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
