The only reason nobody has brought a malpractice suit against him is that doctors won't testify against each other. He left me virtually blind in the eye he was supposed to make 20/20 during a routine cataract operation. Three operations later, I now have vision in that eye, but it's double-vision. I will need glasses with prisms for the rest of my life, as well as having to be very careful walking, especially going down stairs, and driving, especially entering a highway and changing lanes. When I asked him for an apology and an explanation, his reply was that he'd done a good job and was sorry I was unhappy! Before the 2 1/2 year statute of limitations ran out, I went to 3 lawyers who couldn't find a doctor to testify against him.
