They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident about my choices. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
