Rude and does not like to commiserate with patients very obnoxious. You are a customer not a patient. A very miserable person and he is very short on answers when asked a question. Doesn't have care or concern for anyone but himself. Is also not a good surgeon for aftercare after surgery. His office staff are also nasty and miserable people.

Dr. Shabto completed treatment on a retinal issue that had been left incompletely done by another provider. He is straightforward, no nonsense. He answered all my questions but did seem a tad rushed, I am less concerned, though, about his beside manner than by his expertise and abilities. I was glad I sought him out for a second opinion. His office staff seems professional and brisk--not overly friendly but not rude either. They seem to know what they're doing.
