They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
