It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. My child absolutely loves Richard Sirop, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there.
