There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important.
my kids are petrified of docs, esp the boy who has had several surgeries. both buca and mcmahon made my kids laugh, take their time. the nurses are fab. if the kids are afraid of needles, they wait until they are ready. for real. my kids actually enjoy going there. they are five. wish i went there earlier.
