The staff is horrible. They threatened to call my insurance provider and tell them I brought my child to urgent care rather then see the doctor who was on call. They refused to give me a copy if my records, when they did give a copy they left out immunizations and then told my new pediatrician they weren't doing it again for them they could use the Internet government site to look it up. I would never recommend this office

Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The one nurse and medical records/billing clerk was very rude. The medical records/billing clerk actually yelled at me and the nurse seemed to think it was status quo. The doctors are really great and have been our family's pediatricians for 14 years. Unfortunately, the two staff members were so unprofessional during our last three visits I feel like I cannot continue with the practice and will be moving to another pediatrician. It is very sad.
