They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged.
