I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
