I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care.
