I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers?
Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
