I was referred to Dr. Maria Bournias at this location, she is wonderful I have no complaints. However there were times I had to see other doctors Dr. Albaba is also excellent but Dr Baricar misdiagnosed my 2 year old with a case of hand foot mouth disease. I had to take my child there 3 times in one week, he was also very rude I no longer see him, just the other two. The staff is horrible, everytime we go they make a mistake with billing my insurance and or my appointment they are more conerned with what to order for lunch or do online shopping. The rooms are disgusting never have I been to a dr's office without the nurse wiping down the table with alcohol. As a result my child always gets sick from going in for a well visit. They will put a sick child in a room not sanitize it and then put you in with a healthy child. INSANE! I bring my own alcohol wipes and do it myself.

They need to schedule appointments in a better fashion. Their appointments are booked in 15 minute intervals therefore the wait is always horrendous. My child has never been seen on time. The minimum wait is approximately 45 minutes. After an extended wait in the waiting room you are then escorted to the examination room where you sit and wait even longer. I can accept a 15-20 minute wait however over an hour is completely unacceptable.
