Awful. Rude secretary, she's as unfriendly as they get. Don't even think about calling after hours. Being a new first time mother I called when I picked my daughter up from daycare with a 102 fever. It was 5:00, just after closing. Mary, the NP, the on call and literally yelled at me. Left me a nasty voicemail. It is a very small office and they employees, nurses, doctor, NP, and secretary do not treat one how you would wish to be treated, especially when you have a sick baby. Find somewhere else to go, I did and couldn't be happier.
