I like people a lot and really want to help you to heal and learn about yourself in constructive ways. I work with adults from all backgrounds, and have experience working with professional difficulties, relationship problems, loss and trauma history, depression and anxiety, family issues, and modern problems around identity, figuring out how to thrive in a modern complex culture and world, and dealing with issues of sexuality and gender. My approach is on many levels, from different psychoanalytic and psychodynamic perspectives, to an organizational consultation and coaching position, to traditially psychiatric biological modalities such as psychopharmacology as well as the more recent brain-stimulation treatment transcranial magnetic stimulation, to wellness and health-based perspectives.
