I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was clean enough, but it was still a little too dirty. I didn't want to get sick so I tried to leave as quickly as possible. I've noticed a significant improvement since I've started my sessions. They've been able to help me quite a bit. I always look forward to my appointments because they take that extra step to make me feel special and respected. They really make an effort to get to know all their clients and don't just treat them like a number. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

The doctor barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. He didn't seem to care about anything I was going through. He made smart alec remarks and made me feel small. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the location easily enough. It's merged with some newspaper company office.
