Woman answering the phone wasn't friendly at all which was really off-putting. She was extremely rude and impolite She was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. I think they could definitely improve their service with more courteous staff. I had a hard time getting the woman answering my call to give attention to my need to make an appointment and she don't try to be helpful .She interjected too much, told me I was having a bad day. She put my phone call off 1st time I called told me to call back she was busy booking a surgery.
2nd call she attempted to deny me an appointment because the doctor does not do pain management. Finally she put my call on hold. It is a shame the doctor could not hear the call ,this is a person who needs to be fired. I will not be evaluated by Dr. Moskovich because the person answering the phone decided to deny me an appointment. Poor patient relations and poor customer service.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
