I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They could use some improvements with the equipment they use. It is fairly current, but it wasn't very impressive. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot. It was very frustrating experience and in the end other doctors have proven to be much more helpful and knowledgeable about my situation.
