Their staff is very friendly. They are very supportive and try to help in any way they can and refer you to other specialists if they cant. They work with a Physical Therapy Center in their buliding. They want people to feel their best.

The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
