They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
