I began seeing Dr. Soni because she represents herself as a "menopause specialist". I walked in and she told me that she could tell I was not menopausal by looking at me! I've been on HRT for over 14 years. I have had problems with bleeding, so she put me on birth control. Recently, I had my annual exam. I had to carry my urine sample across the lobby (where many chairs were stacked with framed pictures she was trying to sell) to the sample box because they had NO NURSES! They had all QUIT!!!

She argued with me about medication I took over 8 years ago! Why?! Then she told me I had on my "winter fat". Afterwards, she interrogated me about my last mammogram, which I had 2 months prior to my appointment - in her office - yet she had no record of it. Lastly, I told her that I've been suffering with horrendous night sweats for the last 4 months or so. She told me she had to "think on it" and would call me if she had any ideas. Ummmm.... how about some bloodwork to check my hormone levels? My primary did that and found that even on HRT, my levels were those of a menopausal woman.

I would NOT recommend that anyone see this doctor. I am in the process of finding a new one right now!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
