They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
