I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
