Dr. Konecky lied to me about his billing. His secretary told me that he would sign an immunization form for free, then he when I showed, I was asked to make a co-pay--just for getting a single form signed (literally 30 seconds).

Dr. Konecky told me to my face that I should not worry and that I would not received a bill for that short of a service. Then I got bills in the mail. When I called his office to resolve it, the staff were not responsive. They told me they would call me back, but then didn't. It's just $25, but boy is that rude. NOT A TRUSTWORTHY DOCTOR!
