I was very satisfied with my initial visits. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They answered most of my questions but I wish the follow up is more consistent. I'm getting calls from support providers with cost quotes and no word from the Dr who ordered tests from support providers. In response to my inquiries regarding these phone calls, the Physicians office staff is friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like I'm just another source of revenue that is just being pushed through the system. Diagnosis made without discussing the results, just order the equipment, pay the vendor and move on.

nI'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
