They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Dr Burnett saved my mother's life and I've been coming to him since I was a young adult. I am now 43. He is compassionate and has a great bed side manor and loves patients who listen to his medical suggestions regarding their health. He should be cloned so others could be so lucky.
