I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I was dismayed to find that they weren't willing or able to answer any of the questions I had. I didn't get any information and left feeling at a loss. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
