This person should not be a family practitioner. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning! They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they care about everyone who visits them. The staff knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
