I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. This doctor is cold,no bedside manner. She stood 3 ft away from me to check me.She made me wait 20 mins in the waiting room & 30 mins in the exam room wearing a paper gown.I felt uncomfortable. My own doctor referred her and told me to ask for samples.I asked her 3 times in the office while she was examining me that my doctor said to ask and all she said was "we'll get to that".She left abruptly and never mentioned it.I decided to wait for her after she saw another patient.I asked the tech to ask her for the samples. The doctor just looked at me blankly and said "Oh we don't have any".Wow, she made me wait 20 minutes afterwards just to lie!I told her that her tech should have told me.So she says, well "she didn't know what you wanted".I think that when she realised she couldn't get any money out of me,she treated me like nothing. She has clippings pinned up in her office of her name being mentioned among guests at a party for some singers.I guess I should have said I'm a singer. Do not, I repeat, do not go to this doctor. She is just after your money. You will regret going to her. She makes you feel like she wants you out of her exam room as soon as possible.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
