This review has nothing to do with the quality of care or the doctor, just the poor quality of service and attitude of this providor.
Crystal Run Dermatological is a giant, blotted, disorganized, defensive organization.
I called for a dermatologcal appointment for my wife and myself, got the referral from my PCP and was at Crystal Run on time for our appointment. Imagine our surprise when we were told our appointment was for an annual wellness visit visit with an MD.
We had just driven 50 miles (we live in northeast Pennsylvania) through a rain storm and wouldn’t be able to see a dermatologist.
As you can guess, they will never see us again.
