They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty average. They were about the same as other medical providers' offices. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
