I definitely wasn't happy with the way my appointment went. I left very uneasy and confused. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
