I couldn't believe that they were late to my appointment. It completely ruined my schedule for the entire day. Every time I call them, I have to wait weeks before I hear back. I can never count on them to get back to me when I need to talk to them. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
