Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were easy to reach and one of the few urology practices I contacted who answered the phone straight away. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. The care received was of a very high professional standard. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
