DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!!! We started going here with our newborn, and have had nothing but problems. The nurse practitioners do not seem to want my child to see a real doctor; when we finally did get to see a doctor, she didn't understand why the nurses told us what they did. My son has been sick for 2 months now; we keep bringing him back for appointments, and they keep prescribing different medications to try, like they don’t know what they are doing. The waiting room is always full of people, and the people working behind the desk are rude and ignore you when you are trying to ask questions. They seem to be severely understaffed and at times totally incompetent. I have a hard time getting someone to answer the phone there. We have to wait in the waiting room for 10-15 minutes EVERY time we have an appointment, and we are always on time. Then, we have to wait and additional 30 MINUTES in tiny cramped rooms before the doctor even comes in to see our child. And then, the doctor has the nerve to ask us why we are there. ????? I guess they don’t bother reading charts or checking with nurses before they come in to see patients; they expect you to provide them with all the information. This doctor saw our child two weeks ago, and asked us to bring him back in two weeks for a followup. So we bring him in, and she doesn’t know why we’re there. Completely unprofessional; we are changing practices immediately.
