When my child is sick, they usually can't get them in on the same day, but they would tell us that they could squeeze s in and usually we would wait a long while with a sick and cranky child. They are polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I trusted the doctors in this office for over 4years. Specifically DR. Quiba he was the greatest docter i could ever wish to have for my kids. After he left the practice wasnt the same :( i had my third child and automatically took him there. He cought a cold when he was just a month and was given antibiotics. He never got better and they kept giving him meds my final straw was when they gave him oral steriods for Pnuemonia which they had not even done in x-ray for mind you he was only 3months old at the time. I requested x-rays and lab work and turned out he did not need those meds just a stronger more general antibiotic. Then he got a severe diaper rash and the doctor (dr. elsafty) did not care! My son was bleeding swollen and miserable and this woman said to put desitan on it! At that split second i started to look for a new doctor. I found Dr. Mesina which diagnosed my sons rash as a severe fungal infection and he was treated with topical and oral medication at one point stating that i should have taken him to the ER.
Another issue is i had spoken with the doctors of my daughters behaivior and how she was uncontrollable and i stated this first when she was 2. They said it was terrible 2s okay a year later i stated that nothing has changed except she has become more violent still they stuck to shes just a hyper child she will grow out of it again the next year i complained and they fed me the same BS! now shes about to be five and currently being evaluated for autism. Im heartbroken at the lack of attention that my children have recieved in the hands of this office. i wouldnt recomend this office or its stafdf to my worst enemy!

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. But i don't like the attitude of the nurses. they do not act welcoming. They act is if they dont want the person there i would really apreciate if they were more nice to there patients.
