I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
