I felt 'heard' by this provider. They listened to me and I am really impressed with their apparent concern for my well being. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. The wait time is acceptable to me. The front office is very good about booking enough time for each appointment since this provider is not known to rush. They spend a lot of time with me and I know they may need to spend extra time with some other clients as well. I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care. I was really happy to be treated so well by the staff. Their friendliness made me feel very welcome.
Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
They will see many pharma sales reps but when you try booking an appointment for allergy medication they won't take a minute to see you! Horrible! I am shocked this place still has patients!
