I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I am always looking for the best in the field to recommend to others, and I did not find that here. I will never return, nor recommend them to anyone I know based on my experience.

On top of all of this, Dr. Luhana from the office told me to take my husband's medication because they knew that we were on the same medications. He did not want to give me prior authorization for a medication for 2 days. I wanted him to do it for 30 days. It is totally unprofessional to tell one client to take another client's medication. Plus, they were forever talking their language around the office not English. They did talk English to me, but it was still very inconsiderate. Getting medications refilled was hard to because they do not look at their fax that much, so you need to tell your pharmacy to call them. Pharmacies prefer to fax it than call it. They are just very inconsiderate and unprofessional and need to go back to their country and practice medication there because apparently the way that they are treated is probably how they treat it in their country. Dr. Dhirmalani needs to retire because he does not seem to know the heck what he doing because he is way too old to be practicing anymore.
