I saw Dr Reilly about two years ago for the first time for chronic diarrhea. My blood pressure was 60/40 and she could hardly get my pulse . Dr Reilly wanted to send me to the emergency room but I have had a very bad experience with them so I refused. She spent 2 hours with me holding up other patients since I was in such serious condition. After I drank about a 1 1/2 gallons of water I finally got my blood pressure up to 80/60 but she still wanted to take my EKG before I went home. The EKG was so bad that she sent a fax of it to my Cardiologist waiting for a second opinion. She called the Cardiologist three times only to find out he left without calling. I was in her office for 5 hours before she would let me go. If that is not a caring Doctor, I don't know what is.I would highly recomend her to anyone. My wife even changed her Dr to her since she was so impressed by the way she treated me.

I was constantly sent elsewhere for care i.e. ER and specialist only after paying co-pay for office visit. She lacks professionalism. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. This person should not be a family practitioner. She is so rude and unfriendly-I am currently looking for new Primary! Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. During the office visit I am constantly told "this is not my field of expertise" or "I am not educated in this field". The waiting area here is rather cramped. Made to wait with sick people for extended period of time even when I am there for basic check up.
